Union Pacific Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

Omaha, Neb., May 16, 2013 – The Board of Directors of Union Pacific Corporation (NYSE: UNP) has declared a quarterly dividend of 69 cents per share on its common stock, payable July 1, 2013, to stockholders of record May 31, 2013.

Union Pacific has paid dividends on its common stock for 114 consecutive years.
