Small Package Shipments
- United Parcel Service, UPS, is the carrier
- Weight is not to exceed 120 lbs
- Supplier is to enter shipment into CampusShip or WorldShip. NO handwritten BOL’s will be accepted
- Use Standard, GROUND service, (Must have prior approval for Air shipments)
- DO NOT declare value insurance.
- If dimensions disqualify the package to be sent UPS, enter shipment into LMS and define the dimensions

- All hazmat packages under 120 lbs. must ship via UPS. Hazmat enrollment is done at www.ups.com. For related questions, call 402-544-3812
- UPRR Purchase order#, work order #, or a cost center# MUST be entered in the UPS Ref 1 field
- If weight is more than 120 lbs,total weight combined for 1 destination, LTL routing applies(even if shipping in separate packages).
