These routing instructions are intended for use by those companies from which UPRR has purchased material. Our suppliers are expected to adhere to these routing instructions pertaining to each mode of service. If these routing instructions are not followed, a charge back, to the supplier, for the freight costs plus 15% will be accessed on the shipment. Please Note: NO longer necessary to indicate the Chicago address on the BOL "Bill To" still remains as a 3rd party on UPRR
