Projects Covered Within this Section
Not Sure Where to Start?
The items linked from this page provide all documents and information needed to apply for permission to obtain right of entry onto UPRR property to perform a seismic/vibrosis survey, produce a movie, conduct a bike race or walkathon, or undertake other projects involving temporary use of railroad property.
Note: This section covers Movie Production agreements, Seismic and Vibrosis Survey Requests and other categories of temporary use of railroad property that are not specifically itemized in the Real Estate index.
If your project falls into one of the categories that are specifically listed in the Real Estate index (other than the three mentioned above) please do not complete the application form within this section. Return to the Real Estate index, select the category or topic which specifically describes your project, and follow the instructions you will find for that specific topic or category.
Note: If you have or will have a contract from the railroad to perform this project for the railroad, at the railroad's expense, you do not need this additional agreement.
