Chicago's Newberry Library: Photos

With Malice Toward None: The Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Exhibition, an exhibition created by the Library of Congress, will open at Chicago's Newberry Library on October 10, 2009.

Shown here, Dr. John R. Sellers, historical specialist on the American Civil War, and the Lincoln Curator at the Library of Congress, provided reporters a tour of the various displays that are part of the exhibit.

(Photo 4) One of the many items on display is the Bible upon which the 16th president took his oath of office on March 4, 1861. President Barack Obama took his oath of office using the same Bible on Jan. 20, 2009.
