Friend to Friend Applications
Beginning January 12, 2009, the Friend To Friend Network with the support of the RMCC is providing a 24x7 toll-free Friend To Friend application help line.
Employees who request assistance from Friend To Friend for themselves or for another Railroad family in need should call 800-457-7962. Callers will be asked to provide a name, Employee ID number, telephone contact number, along with the reason for the Friend to Friend application. Applicants also may provide an e-mail address if they would like to be notified via e-mail when the application is processed.
The help line will replace the previous fax and online application processes.
