CFE operates freight service from Crestline, OH through Lima, OH through Fort Wayne, IN to Tolleston, IN and trackage rights over CSXT to Chicago to reach Indiana Harbor Belt. CFE also operates four branches off the main line, for 273 total miles operated. 

History

Central Railroad Company of Indianapolis leased and started operations of this former CSXT line in August 2004.
