The Union Pacific Railroad continues to make significant investments in our physical plant and technology. Our commitment to customer satisfaction investments include providing the only seven-day-a-week, 24-hour customer service center located at the border area dedicated exclusively to customers in Mexico and the border region. The International Customer Service Center (ICSC) is modeled after our successful National Customer Service Center located in St. Louis, Missouri. For customers that have no access to a computer we offer Teletrans. Teletrans is an automated voice response system that can be utilized to trace shipments, obtain storage charges, van groundings, and other information.
