Overview
The primary objectives of the Mexico Markets group are the facilitation of Union Pacific's market share growth in the land transportation of commodities to/from Mexico and the establishment of efficient border and operations processes. These border processes help to ensure the orderly movement of traffic between the Union Pacific and the connecting Mexican railroads. The Mexico group works closely with the six Marketing and Sales commodity teams to develop specific goals and strategies to assure that we are meeting commitments to our U. S. and Mexican customers.

Union Pacific has an experienced sales force in Mexico. Sales offices are in Mexico City, Monterrey, El Paso, and Laredo, TX. The International Customer Service Center (ICSC) is located in Laredo, TX.
Union Pacific serves the border crossings of Laredo, Brownsville, Eagle Pass and El Paso, TX along with Nogales, AZ and Calexico, CA.
