Mexico diversions for single-car shipments must be made using the Diversion Application, a User ID and password is required. Faxes are no longer accepted for single-car shipments.
If the diversion role is not shown on your MyUPRR application screen please contact the eBusiness Support Group at 1-800-872-1045 and request that the diversion role be added to your User ID. If you are calling from Mexico call our International Customer Service Center at 1-800-520-1771 to have this role added.
Multi-car shipments must still be diverted by submitting the Multi-Car Mexican Diversion Reconsignment Request Form.
