Mexico Diversion/Reconsignment
Single-Car Shipments
Mexico diversions for single-car shipments must be made using the Diversion Application, a user ID and password is required. Faxes are no longer accepted for single-car shipments.
If the diversion role is not shown on your myUPRR application screen please contact the eCommerce Help desk at 1-800-872-1045 and request that the diversion role be added to your user ID. If you are calling from Mexico call our International Customer Service Center at 1-800-520-1771 to have this role added.
Multi-Car Shipments
Multi-car shipments must still be diverted by submitting the Multi-Car Mexican Diversion Reconsignment Request Form (PDF File) .
