Track Agreements

Any industry track, lease track or team track that a customer ships to or receives goods from must be covered by a written agreement (Track Agreement) with the shipper, consignee or Care of Party.  A Track Agreement covers ownership, operation, maintenance, safety, liability and other guidelines relative to the track.  Please review our Track Agreement Policy.
