Our five damage prevention engineers:

• Are headquartered in Omaha to allow personal interface with key Marketing and Operations groups.
• Work proactively with customers and marketing teams to predetermine customer damage prevention needs and requirements.
• Develop and manage customer/product-specific Damage Prevention Programs.
• Work proactively with Operations and Service Design to ensure customer shipments are transported via the most suitable service and routes.
