For nearly 150 years, Union Pacific has helped connect a continent and transport the products America needs. Today, our trains operate in 23 states over roughly 32,000 miles of track. Practically everything that touches our daily lives moves on a train – including lumber for homes, concrete for roads, grains and produce to feed our families, and chemicals that make our water safe for drinking.
